余寒の予感。
2月4日過ぎると”余寒”というらしいです、はい。

I always think I don’t want to be a person who are conceited. Of course I also think I don’t need to beservile and flatter someone. I think it’s important to state my opinion as I am while paying my respects to a person I am talking to. Paying attention to words we say, being careful about our appearance, and thinking about how our behavior is considered by other people are also necessary and wonderful. Yesterday, I thought about how I treat patients after reading a book regarding how to serve customer well written by Ms. Kumi Toda. I think doctors tend to be arrogant and coercive when they talk to patients even if they don’t think so. So I think that thinking about “hospitality” is the key. I purchased the book and presented it to staffs. Hopefully, my hospital can be a place where patients feel comfortable.

寒中お見舞い申し上げます。
ますます寒くなっておりますね。
でももうすぐ 2月4日 立春。
2月4日からはきっと暖かくなるはずです。
春はもうすぐですね。
「お鍋の似合う季節ももうおしまいかな。」
なんて思いながら、
今日は仲間たちと外来のあと
火鍋に行ってまいりました。
真っ赤な方は特においしい！
とても辛くて刺激的なお鍋で、
身体の芯から温まりました。
ガーリックもたっぷりで、
「明日お会いする皆様、ごめんなさい。」
って感じです。
寒い季節はもうすぐ終わりです。
寒いと気持ちも元気がなくなります。
早く春にならないかな。
もっとみんなが元気になるように。
そうそう。
明日試験のちびっこたちも頑張れ！
お仕事頑張ってるあなたも。
闘病中のあなたも。
みんなで頑張ろう！
もうすぐ暖かい春だからね。

明るい未来が待ってるよ。

乳房の自己検査について その1
現在、乳房の自己検査（BSE）についてはふたつの評価があります。乳がんの発見に有効性ありとするもの、反対に有効性なしとする意見です。有効性ありとする理由は、BSE施行例では早期がんの発見率が高く、中間期がんの発見にも有利に働くためとされています。有効性なしとする理由としては、BSE施行例の死亡率減少効果が証明されていないことが主となっています。
