-The abstract of my blog on 7th December-
I plan to hold a public lecture on breast cancer next spring in Kawasaki. Now it’s in the planning stage. I think it can’t be a normal lecture but it will be a surprising one. I’ll never give a lecture that induces drowsiness. I’ll rent a space which can hold up to 300 people and invite many people whom I usually communicate with on my blog, Twitter, and Facebook. I also plan to give them a special present. I’ll never be discouraged and I’ll give a lecture even if there are only 10 participants there in spite of the large space. In that case, I can change my plan on the spot and then have a talk with them and give advices to them. Whatever happens, I am always positive. It’s my special ability. Dreams opened to the public surely come true!

3．肥満
閉経後は、副腎で産生されたアンドロゲンからアロマターゼという酵素の働きでエストロゲンがつくられます。このアロマターゼは脂肪細胞に多く存在し、閉経後に脂肪の多い人、すなわち肥満した人は高エストロゲン状態にあり、乳がんにかかりやすいと言われています。最近はインスリンとがんの関係も重視されており、高脂肪・高カロリー食や運動不足から引き起こされるインスリン抵抗性が高インスリン環境を作り出し、特に閉経後乳がん増加に関与していると考えられています。
