満員電車で・・。
いたたた。

Yesterday, finally the day I was given a gastroscopic examination came. At first I planed to report it on Twitter on the spot but couldn’t because the signal of iPhone was weak in the examination room. And another reason, I was fascinated by images on the screen. So I posted some pictures taken during the examination and explained the process on my blog. First, I got my blood pressure measured, then I was given an anesthetic to my throat, and the examination begun. I become tense while waiting but the doctor and the staffs treated me gently so I felt relaxed except the first moment when the camera went into my throat. Almost all people may feel anxiety before taking medical examinations but I recommend you to do it because they are very important for us.

今日は、腰を痛めてしまいました。
おかしな苦しい姿勢で満員電車に乗っていたからです。
満員電車は、みんなの負のパワーが溢れています。
押し合いへし合い、
つらいお顔でじっと閉鎖空間に閉じ込められてしまう満員電車。
皆様、とてもお辛いと思います。
今日は私も、
重いカバンが人ごみのあっちの方に行ってしまいそうでしたので、
腰を捻りながら一生懸命に指一本でカバンをつかんでいました。
降りる時には、指もしびれているし、
腰もおかしくなってるし、すでに一仕事終えたような感じでした。
日本のビジネスマン、ビジネスウーマン、
そして通院の皆様も毎日頑張っています。
世界にも満員電車はあるのでしょうか。
何か解決策を見つけたいですね。
日本のみんなが疲れすぎないように、
何とか満員電車を解決したいですね。
そういう日常のつらいことひとつひとつが解決していくと、
日本はもっともっと元気に笑顔になれるのかなって思います。
身体の痛みは、色んな事を考えさせてくれるね。
みんなで、もっともっと元気になる方法を考えよう！

ER-αとER-βは、ともに核内受容体ファミリーに属し、リガンド結合ドメイン、DNA結合ドメイン、転写活性化ドメインという3つの共通した基本構造を持ち、標的遺伝子の転写をリガンド依存性に制御する。ER-αとER-βは、ともに正常乳腺や乳がん組織において亜型が発現している。ER-αでは20あまりのmRNA spliced variantsの存在が報告され、野生型のER-αの機能に影響を与え、乳がんのホルモン依存性の消失に関わるとされていた。しかし、蛋白レベルの研究は進まず、臨床的な意義は不明である。
