えっ、呼びました？
-The abstract of my blog on 25th September-
Yesterday, I went to Makuhari Messe. The annual meeting of Japanese Society for Pharmaceutical Palliative Care and Science was held there. It was held for pharmacists but I took part in the meeting as a palliative care doctor because the theme of the meeting was “Team Approach to Health Care.” When I got off the train at Kaihin Makuhari station, I saw a tremendous number of people walking toward ticket gates. I was amazed at the sight and thought pharmacists were very diligent. I also thought I would be pleased if doctors as many as pharmacists would come to the academic meeting for doctors. I headed for the venue while feeling admiration for them and finally arrived at the hall. When I saw a standingsignboard at the entrance, I was surprised at what I saw. “AKB48 handshake session.” As I looked around, I noticed that only I wore a suit! People around me were talking about my clothe so I was a little bit embarrassed. After I managed to get out of the crowd, and look it up the place where I should go on my iPhone again, then reached the “correct” hall and listened to a presentation given by a pharmacist working for my hospital without problems. It was exciting day and I enjoyed it. I always enjoy everything.

私はいつもかばんにカメラを入れています。
外来で、往診で、フォーラムや勉強会で
患者様と一緒に写真を撮らせていただくためです。
それを患者様にプレゼントしたり、
御家族にプレゼントしたり、
そして何より
自分のそしてスタッフの宝物になります。
皆様の素敵な笑顔の写真が、
私の医局の机の上で輝いています。
いつも皆様の笑顔を拝見すると、
「頑張らなきゃ！」
って思うんです。
毎日毎日、
皆様の笑顔に囲まれて
私も幸せです。
もし私から
「お写真撮りましょ。」
って言われても、
「あやしい！」なんて思わないでくださいね。
いいわよ。でも、高いわよ！

トリプルネガティブ症例に対する治療戦略 その19
血管新生阻害薬 その１
ベバシズマブ（商品名：アバスチン）は血管内皮細胞増殖因子(vascular endothelial growth factor;VEGF)に対するヒト化モノクローナル抗体である。VEGFの働きを阻害することで血管新生ならびに腫瘍の増殖を抑制する作用をもつ。進行再発乳がんを対象にパクリタキセル単剤と、パクリタキセルとベバシズマブの併用療法を比較検討した臨床試験(E2100)のサブセット解析でトリプルネガティブ乳がんにおいてもパクリタキセルとベバシズマブの併用群に有意な無増悪生存期間の改善傾向があることが示唆された。また、トリプルネガティブ乳がんに対するベバシズマブの術後療法の有用性を検証する第3相試験(BEATRICE)も現在進行中であり、今後トリプルネガティブ乳がんに対するベバシズマブの有効性が期待される。
