Articles about breast cancer sometimes make you sad. It’s painful for you to read them. I think the role of doctors are treating patients in the way which minimizes patients’ pain, observing the recurrence of breast cancer after treatment, providing mental care, and removing their pain and supporting them all the time to make their lives better. If the recurrence occurs, it’s important for doctors to never give up and treat them and their families with love. I hope my messages will reach all doctors in the world.

誰もが、心の奥にもっている光。
それは、情熱。
ひとつの目標や夢に向かって、
ひたすらまっすぐに突き進んでいく熱い思い。
それが、情熱です。
目標や夢の途中に、
誤解を受けたり、
誹謗中傷を受けたり、
思わぬアクシデントが起こることはあります。
でも、
ひたすらブレない姿勢。
それはとても大切です。
明るく、
楽しく、
そして一生懸命に、
情熱的に・・・
そんな人生にしていきたいですね。

最善の努力の結果、治癒する患者もいるが
どの患者が治るかを
治療前に予測することはできない。
２．落とし穴
「頑張って治しましょう。」と
患者に不適切な目標を持たせる。
３．正しい理解
Best Effort Principle（最善の努力）を
出来るときにやっていく。
その中から治癒する患者もでてくる。
