When a patient is in a bad temper, she or he usually has complex problems. And some patients sometimes hide their true thought by smiling. So doctors and staffs have to make efforts to understand their background. But sometimes it’s too difficult for them to explain their mind, because they consist of so many causes and fears. I think if doctors and medical staffs try to understand their true thought and try to think their problems together, they will feel happy. I always wanna be standing on the side of patients.

いつもそばにいられなくてごめんね。
でも、こころはいつもあなたのそばにあります。
つらい治療をがんばっていますね。

＜遺伝子プロファイリング その6＞
BRCA1, BRCA2
BRCA1は17番染色体上に存在する遺伝子で、
BRCA1蛋白は細胞周期やDNA損傷の修復に寄与し、
BRCA2は13番染色体上に存在し、
それによってコードされるBRCA2蛋白は
BRCA1蛋白と結合して、
DNA損傷に応答するパスウェイに
関与していると考えられている。
これら二つの遺伝子に何らかの変異が発生すると
乳がんの発症が増加すると考えられている。
欧米ではこのBRCA1キャリアは1/200～1/400で
存在し、
乳がん発症のlife time riskは85-90%で、
50歳までに50%以上が発症する。
